
Wayne Britt

CEO
Wayne Britt is the retired CEO of Tyson Foods, Inc., one of the world’s largest producers and marketers of poultry products. Holding many positions in management over his 28 years there, Mr. Britt currently serves on a local board of directors of Arvest Bank and chairs the holding company’s audit committee. He is on the board and serves on committees for ATLANTICBLUE GROUP, INC, a Florida agriculture and land holding company. Mr. Britt has taught as an executive in residence at the University of Arkansas’ Sam M. Walton School of Business. He is a private investor and provided financial and strategic consulting services to various businesses.
Mr. Britt was born and raised in Nashville, Arkansas. After graduating from the University of Arkansas, he has continued to reside in Fayetteville, Arkansas for 39 years with his wife, Kathy. They enjoy sending time with family who live nearby, including their two sons, daughter, and three grandchildren.

Scott Harris
Vice President
CIO
Originally from Little Rock, Scott graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1998, where he earned a Bachelors in Computer Information Systems. Scott began his career working as a software developer for an investment banking firm in Dallas, Texas. His primary specialties were providing data retrieval services and specialized applications to better mange client investments and stock trades. In 1999, Scott was given the opportunity by J.B. Hunt Transport of Lowell, Arkansas to oversee and participate in the development of an automated bid and pricing management system. In late 2000, Scott went to work for INTELLIMARK, a nationwide technology consulting firm. His primary role was managing the application development line of business and subsequent projects with local, regional, and Fortune 500 companies. In 2003, Scott became the director of technology for Athletic World Advertising which eventually developed into an executive role with the company. In 2009, Scott joined 5 Star Sports as the Vice President and CIO. Additionally, Scott also functions in the role of Creative Director for the production department of the company. Scott manages the development of 5 Star Sports products, facilitating workflow innovation and encouraging excellence in creative design.

Boot is a native of Northwest Arkansas where she earned an Associate’s Degree in Fine Arts and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Arkansas. Boot gained invaluable knowledge in her human services career by working for both Walmart and La-Z-Boy. At 5 Star Sports, Boot continues to use her expertise in human resources, recruiting, and training. Boot and her husband Gary reside in Northwest Arkansas with their family.
