Q: How can I submit my Ad Copy?

A: To ensure the quality and consistency of your ad, send all content by e-mail or standard mail. Please do not fax. Faxing will distort ad images. Please send high resolution (300 dpi) images. The preferred file formats are: .jpg, .pdf, .doc, .pub, .eps, .gif, .png, or .tiff.
Once we receive your ad copy, images, and/or logo, our professional designers will begin building your ad to the specifications of the size you purchased.
Upon completion of your ad you will recieve a proof for final approval.

Q: I am an athletic director and I would like to partner with 5 Star. Who should I contact?  

A: Athletic Directors and Coaches can call our Business Development Team to discuss questions and benefits of a 5 Star Sports partnership. Numbers are found on the CONTACT US page, or meet the Business Development Team.

Q: How can I submit my schedules/pictures/logos for my schedule products? 

A: Please submit all schedules, pictures, and logos to ,
schedules@fivestarsports.com.  You may also fax your schedules to 479-442-2023.  If you have any questions relating to your schedule products, please contact our Client Services Manager,

Q: When is my sponsorship payment due?

A: After you have set up your sponsorship you will typically receive an invoice within a few days.  This invoice will show the payment due date that you and your representative have set for your account.  This is typically prior to the beginning of the season to get the sponsorship funds to the school as quickly as possible.

Q: How many posters will be printed?

A: Every school that we support is a little bit different, but in most cases every sponsor for that season will receive 2 copies of the poster and the school will have a large batch (typically 200) sent to them to distribute however they see fit.

Q: Is 5 Star Sports actually working with the school on this project?

A: Yes we are!  5 Star Sports works directly with the Athletic Directors of every school we represent.  Each has signed a contract authorizing our company to provide these products as a fundraiser for their school’s athletic programs.  Any other companies claiming to provide similar services may be doing so without the school’s authorization.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact the Athletic Director directly.
